  3. Pumpkin seeds – you must have already heard this by now, but the pumpkin seeds are filled with potassium. This is why they are considered helpful if you want to regulate your blood pressure. They are well known for being able to reduce the symptoms of anxiety.

  4. Blueberries – along with all other fruits, blueberries are packed with nutrients that the body needs daily. They are filled with Vitamin C, which is a mood-booster vitamin. Try to include them in your dieting plan. Add some other fruits too, such as oranges, strawberries, bananas, pineapples, apples, blackberries, etc.

  5. Leafy greens – it was difficult to decide on just one leafy green since all of them have some incredible properties and nutrients. These are the veggies that can make your change in the dietary plan even more powerful than it was before. Balancing these veggies out with all the other foods that we have mentioned leads to a happier life.
    Include kale, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, microgreens, etc.

  6. Dark chocolate – the best addition, right? There is a larger portion of cocoa in the dark chocolate, which is already known to benefit your wellbeing. That is why researchers have suggested this incredible product – it can reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It can improve your blood flow too!
